I'm Suz and live in Mid-Sussex with my husband and children. I have +20 years of experience working in HR and Talent roles where my love of coaching, mentoring and empowering people has been a constant theme. Formalising this as a AOEC qualified Career Coach (pending ICF ACC), NLP Practitioner and being Trauma Informed, I’ve coached and been coached most of my life and career.

 

From a Financial and Professional Services background I know the demands of navigating and building a corporate career. I've worked closely with people at all levels from early in career to those wanting a career change. I also understand first-hand how becoming a parent can influence career and life priorities and a wish for balance, so have a particular passion for coaching those preparing for/returning from parental leave.
