Cancellation Policy

Coach-Client Relationship – Duties & Responsibilities. The coaching relationship is a non-legal partnership. Each Party must uphold its obligations for the relationship to be successful. The Coach will maintain the ethics and standards of behaviour established by the International Coach Federation (ICF), an internationally recognised coaching standard. The Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback/suggestions and fully engage with the coaching process including any pre-work. The Client acknowledges and agrees that coaching is a complex process that may explore different areas of the Client’s life but it is ultimately the Client’s decision how to incorporate coaching into each aspect of life. The Client is solely responsible for implementing the techniques discovered. Confidentiality This coaching relationship, and information the Client shares with the Coach, is bound by the principles of confidentiality in the ICF Code of Ethics. The Coach will not disclose any information pertaining to the Client without their written consent, except where the Coach deems there is a significant risk to the Client or others - this will always be advised to the Client. Cancellation Policy The Client agrees to notify the Coach 48 hours in advance of a scheduled session that needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. The Client may cancel, postpone and reschedule the appointment more than 48 hours before the scheduled session from their website account by logging on to the website. The Coach reserves the right to charge the Client for the scheduled session for a missed/cancelled meeting if 48 hours notice is not given. Limited Liability The Coach makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties expressed or implied regarding the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Coach under this Agreement for coaching services up until the termination date. The Client agrees that the Coach is not liable for any actions or inactions, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach.
